When you place an order, your credit card details are transferred dircetly to PayPal our secure third-party payment processor, for immediate authorization. Freya Design does not have access to your credit card details. PayPal only forwards your name, address and email address to Freya Design to enable us to deliver the parcel(s) and communicate with you, if necessary, about the order you have placed. We may also email the occasional newsletter which we hope will be of interest to you. Should you wish to stop receiving our newsletters simply reply to an email stating 'unsubscribe', or contact us at any time by email or telephone (see 'Contact us' page).

The information we hold about you - name, address and email address - will not be sold, shared or used for any other purposes than those described above. Freya Design respects your privacy and will treat all your personal information as confidential.

For your information, we use non-identifying aggregate statistics e.g. numbers of visitors to web site pages, provided by our web site host, to better design our web site.
